  • Problem solutions
    • Incorrect display (website)

Since our major update, users are increasingly reporting that the website is no longer displayed correctly. Fonts are overlapping and icons are missing. If you used our website before May 2025, outdated temporary files in the cache could be the cause of the incorrect display. In this case, we generally recommend deleting all temporary files and cookies. The exact procedure depends on which browser you are using. In most browsers, you will find the corresponding function in the settings (gear icon). The website is optimized for a minimum screen resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels (full HD).

    • Navigation bar hides controls (Android app)

After the software update, it is sometimes no longer possible to operate the app as the smartphone's navigation bar covers the app's controls. This mainly affects Samsung devices with One UI version 7 and Android version 15 or higher. This problem has now been fixed with app version 1.7.1. To check which version is currently installed on your device, start the app and open the main menu (three-dash icon at the top right). The last item displayed next to the info icon is the version number of the app. We always recommend installing the latest version of the app, which is available to download from Google Play and the Apple App Store.

    • Image classification

Pictures make user and club profiles interesting and increase the chances of nice chats and exciting dates. We don't want to dictate what and how much you show. However, we must ensure that only content that is legally unobjectionable is freely accessible. For this reason, we have established the following guidelines for the classification of images. The classification of images is carried out manually by our administrators and may take some time, depending on the workload. We therefore ask for your patience.

    • Verification

In our community, we attach great importance to the authenticity of our members. We therefore ask users to verify themselves on a random basis or due to suspicious activities. In this case, the respective user account will be restricted until successful verification. You can start the verification process via the "Verification" item in the app's main menu. Unfortunately, verification is not yet possible via the website. In order for us to verify your user account, we need a short video showing you and an ID document (front and back). Simply follow the instructions in the app during the verification process. As the verification is carried out manually by our administrators, please be patient after submitting your request.

    • Jugendschutz

The protection of minors is very important to us! We do not want children and young people to be endangered by our content. To ensure that minors do not have access to unsuitable content, we have introduced strict rules: Images and clubs must be manually classified or approved by our administrators. Content that is not suitable for minors can only be viewed by users who have successfully proven their age of majority using a suitable method.

    • Clubs

Within clubs, users with common interests can gather and exchange information. Each club consists of the club profile, a news blog, a discussion forum (only available on the website), the member overview and a messenger. Clubs are managed entirely by their administrators. Only the approval and classification of newly created clubs is done manually by our administrators. The range of club functions is continuously being expanded.
